Boards are made from 100% recycled LDPE plastic it can be used as road boar, ground protection application, base for bulk storage, but it can be used for many other applications too.

LDPE panels are flexible adapted to withstand high mechanical weight, resistance to moisture and chemicals, high abrasion resistance ensures durability and a long service life.

Our priority is sustainability, which is why we offer a product made from 100% recycled single-grade LDPE plastic. Due to its unique technical properties, LDPE plastic is an ideal material for the production of protective panels. The panels are made using a single type of plastic, so they are more environmentally friendly. These panels can be recycled again without losing the quality and technical properties of the plastic.

Most often, panels are made of hard HDPE extrusion compounds. In the production of HDPE plastic panels, it is impossible to avoid impurities such as multi-layer PE plastics, other HDPE plastics or polymers such as PP impurities. These impurities affect the quality of the plastic and reduce its recyclability.

• Structured single-sided surface for slip resistance.

• A choice of thicknesses from 6mm to 20mm that can withstand from 1 to 100 tons.

• Minimum axle load of 10 tons at 10 mm plate thickness (on hard and smooth surface)

• Can be custom made if the customer wants (thickness, size, holes, logo and color)

• Plates can be mechanically and thermally processed (cutting, sawing, drilling, planing, grinding, screwing, thermal forming, soldering)
